What is a PCS Move?
A PCS (Permanent Change of Station) is an official military relocation. You’re required to move from one base to another — often on tight timelines.
What is a PPM?
A PPM (Personally Procured Move) allows you to move yourself and get reimbursed. You choose your mover, your truck, and your schedule — and you may keep any leftover funds if your move costs less than your allowance.
Why is PPM Better?
More Control
Choose your mover, schedule, and timeline — no waiting on contracted providers.
Faster Process
No long pack-out days — we work cleanly and efficiently.
Better Care
We load, protect, and secure your items with professional attention and respect.
Potential Extra Money
If your move costs less than your allowance, the difference stays with you.

Step 1: Empty Weight
We take the rental truck to a certified scale for pre-loading weight.
Step 4: Paperwork Packet
You receive both weight tickets + itemized invoice.
Step 2: Load & Protect
Our crew loads, wraps, pads, and secures all items.
Step 5: Submit to TMO
Turn everything in with your PCS orders to receive reimbursement.
Step 3: Full Weight
We return to the same scale with the truck fully loaded.
Step 6: Reimbursment
You’ll receive your reimbursement after submitting your paperwork.
